Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 September 2026

In plain words: Use Messageroots responsibly, respect WhatsApp and local laws, only message opted-in people, and keep your account secure.

1. Agreement

By using Messageroots you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

2. The Service

Messageroots provides WhatsApp tools including linked-device or Cloud API connection, paced campaigns (text and images), team inbox, CRM, automations, newsletters, and catalogue features. Features may change; we may suspend access for maintenance, abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate information, safeguard login/OTP/devices, and notify support@messageroots.com of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

4. WhatsApp rules

You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business / Cloud API policies. Personal QR sessions behave like WhatsApp Web and carry higher disconnect or limit risk than Cloud API. Messageroots does not control WhatsApp bans or delivery.

5. Acceptable use

6. Messages & media

You own your content and grant us a licence to host and transmit it to run the Service. Image sending requires Auto send with a connected session. You must have rights to media you upload and honour opt-outs.

7. Fees, IP, disclaimer & liability

Paid plans are as shown in-product. Messageroots IP remains ours. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before a claim (or INR 5,000 if none).

8. Law & contact

Governed by the laws of India. Contact legal@messageroots.com.
